Police in Florida tell CBS News investigators are questioning a pregnant mother after she drove a minivan into the ocean in Daytona Beach, Fla. Dramatic video captured of the scene shows the incredible moments on the beach in Daytona -- a minivan drifting deeper and deeper into the Atlantic with a mother and her three small children, CBS News' Terrell Brown reported. Witnesses say the vehicle was moving along the beach at the water's edge, and then suddenly plunged into the ocean. One witness said, "My friend pointed out that there was a car getting really close to the beach, and actually started driving on the water. I saw a kid in the back, like waving his arms around, like screaming, 'Help us! Help us!' and the car kept going deeper." Bystanders rushed toward the scene. Tim Tesseneer and another man were one of the first to reach the car. Tesseneer said, "She was pretty deep, and the water was moving the van, and the kids were screaming.

"Startled, and not knowing it was a cop, she jerked her arm away. The cop viewed this as resisting arrest and proceeded to grab both arms tightly, placing her in handcuffs," Quintero wrote. Video filmed by Quintero shows Stephen sitting on the ground, struggling to stand while an officer pushes her on the ground. She can be heard saying, "I was doing nothing wrong; I was crossing the street." Stephens continues to struggle, and can be heard screaming and crying, as four officers forc

Laura Cunliffe, 23, of Hoyland in Northern England, admitted Friday to putting four-month-old Mowgli in the microwave and turning the machine on,  BBC reports . Mowgli died about an hour-and-a-half later from breathing difficulties. "It is a particularly horrendous case because the period of suffering for the kitten would have been awful," Lynsey Harris, an inspector for the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA),  told The Mirror . "The kitten was about four-months-old and the exposure to the radiation in the microwave would have cooked the animal's internal organs and that will have been pretty horrendous." During the September incident, Cunliffe flew into a rage because she thought the kitten "attacked her goldfish," she told the court. The poor kitten died as C
